In a recap of the first edition of Warsaw Glitch, keynote speaker Ben Chimoy reflected on the event and expressed gratitude to organizer Michał Owerczuk and the Glitch team for convening creators in Warsaw. Representing AI Filmmakers Berlin, Chimoy noted that the highlight was connecting with filmmakers from around the world, discovering new work, and observing how rapidly the scene is developing.
On the opening day, Chimoy gave a keynote examining authorship and ownership in AI filmmaking. During the presentation, he showed WHEN IS IT YOURS, which continues on the festival circuit with an upcoming appearance at Ars Electronica, alongside OLYMPIA, a recent PROMPTR project that moved the audience with its realism.
Chimoy also joined Albert Bozesan on the second day for a panel titled MASCHINENRAUM, discussing screenwriting, humor, emerging technology, and the German filmmaking landscape. Following the recap, Owerczuk thanked Chimoy for being part of Glitch history and looked ahead to the next edition.
