Multi-award-winning AI short

Six festival wins, four finalist nominations and seven official selections.

Broken Arrow is a multi-award-winning AI short film produced with Fairground TV. Its festival run counts six wins, including the Seoul International AI Film Festival, the Los Angeles Movie & Music Video Awards and the Bangkok Movie Awards, four finalist nominations and seven official selections, among them AI Film Awards Cannes 2026. I wrote, directed and produced it end to end, with every frame still directed by a person.

How it was made

Method

Written, directed and produced end to end in one AI-enhanced pipeline.

Direction

Every frame chosen by a person: story, camera language and performance first.

Feature documentary

Feature documentary for Riot Games, with more than 2.6 million streams worldwide.

League of Legends: More than a Game is a feature-length documentary I made for Riot Games. It follows the global League of Legends competitive scene across several countries and continents: the players, the pressure of competition and the culture behind one of the largest esports communities in the world. It has reached more than 2.6 million streams globally.

Hybrid short

A hybrid short with real actors, the first film of its kind in Europe, screened in Cannes.

Heavy Water is a hybrid short made with Navia Films. Real actors played on practical sets, and generative environments and post-production extended the world around them. It tests how far a low-budget shoot can be pushed toward cinematic scale without replacing the human craft that makes a scene believable. It was the first film of its kind in Europe and was presented at a special screening in Cannes.

How it was made

Capture

Real actors on practical sets.

Tools

Node-based pipeline with custom LoRA models trained on a proprietary workflow.

Extension

Generative environments and post-production enhancement, plus a workflow for reconstructing archival footage.

Cyberpunk AI film

A neon cyberpunk short, built as one sustained mood.

Stuck in the Moment is a neon cyberpunk short set in a rain-drenched megacity of 2026: hard silhouettes, holographic billboards and a lone armoured figure caught between one moment and the next. It works as a single sustained mood rather than a plot, so every frame has to carry the world on its own.

How it was made

Tools

Built end to end on a video-model pipeline.

Method

Atmosphere control and world density tested across one sustained mood.

Directors Cup entry

A period piece for the Machine Cinema Directors Cup, where Poland met France.

The Sound of '68 is a period piece about the year that would not stay quiet. I wrote and directed it for the Machine Cinema Directors Cup, where it represented Poland against France. Archival texture, protest-era typography and a monochrome look make it read like a document recovered from the time. Some years do not just pass, they echo.

How it was made

Method

Archival texture, grain, framing and pacing set to read as witnessed footage.

Look

Monochrome, with protest-era typography.

GenJam battle entry

A candlelit animal fable for the Machine Cinema GenJam Directors Cup 2026.

Octopuss is a slow-burn animal fable told in candlelit darkness: a scarred cat, an uninvited tentacle and a standoff staged like a gangster chamber drama. I directed it for the Machine Cinema GenJam Directors Cup 2026 battle between South Korea and Indonesia. Tension comes from stillness and framing, not from action.

How it was made

Method

Controlled light and animal characters directed like live-action performance.

Current project

A mid-length documentary about generative media and taste, in production.

SLOP! is a mid-length documentary, currently in production, about how generative media is reshaping taste, language and the speed at which images lose meaning. It turns the lens on the flood of synthetic content and the strange beauty buried inside it, made by someone who works inside the industry it examines.

How it was made

Tools

Shot and assembled with the same AI tools the film examines.

Current project

An anime pilot that builds a larger universe, in development.

The Upload is an anime pilot, currently in development, building a larger universe through tone, identity systems and a format designed to keep expanding. It tests whether characters and style can stay consistent across a serial format, the hardest condition for animation made with AI.

How it was made

Tools

Generative pipeline for a serial format.

Method

Visual language, character energy and world rules locked together from the start.

Studio layer

A transformation study that tests large-scale VFX in a generative pipeline.

The Transformers VFX Test Study is a transformation prototype built through OverFX, the visual development studio behind my cinematic pipeline. It tests large-format VFX, material physics and camera language for a big-screen adaptation. It is a study rather than a finished film: a way to measure whether a generative pipeline can hold the weight, mass and readability that a transformation sequence demands.

How it was made

Tools

Generative video pipeline with compositing.

Method

A study of weight, mass and readability, and of where direction has to take over from the model.

Current project

A 15-minute VHS horror short, in production.

The Tape From The Van is a 15-minute VHS horror short, currently in production. It treats found footage like contaminated evidence: unstable image, creeping dread and the feeling that the tape should have stayed buried. It plays like a recovered tape that gets worse the longer you watch it.

How it was made

Tools

AI-enhanced pipeline.

Method

Analog signal degradation and VHS tracking artifacts replicated as part of the tension.

Visual test

A combat study on pressure, velocity and tactical image language.

The Siege is a combat-driven visual test about pressure, velocity and tactical image language under fire, inspired by Black Hawk Down. The rough cut is a working study rather than a finished film, a way to find where the tools hold up in dust, movement and handheld energy, and where direction has to step in.

How it was made

Tools

Generative video pipeline.

Method

A working study of dust, movement and continuity of gear and cast.

Visual test

A medieval proof of world, told in English.

LEX DEI is a medieval proof of world inspired by The Knights of the Cross. It asks whether a generative pipeline can carry the weight of a historical epic in English, with armour, faith and slow ceremony, without sliding into fantasy or costume drama.

How it was made

Tools

Generative video pipeline.

Method

English dialogue, performance and production design tested together.

Consistency study

A character consistency study that pushes identity and tone across cuts.

Long before today's image and video models, I was already putting homegrown LoRAs of myself into famous films. Where Is My Fight Club? is a character consistency study that pushes identity and tone locking further than the earlier tribute: the same face has to read as the same person in different light, framing and rhythm.

How it was made

Tools

Image model, node-based pipeline and a custom LoRA trained on my own likeness.

Method

One character locked across changing light, framing and rhythm.

Consistency study

A black-and-white continuity study in homage to Mathieu Kassovitz.

Long before today's image and video models, I was already putting homegrown LoRAs of myself into famous films. La Haine de Over is a black-and-white continuity study in homage to Mathieu Kassovitz. Monochrome leaves only light, contrast and faces, so every inconsistency shows at once. It became a reference point for my later character work.

How it was made

Tools

Image model, node-based pipeline and a custom LoRA trained on my own likeness.

Method

Black and white, to make any slip in consistency visible.
