Every film here was directed by me and made on a pipeline I built for it: a short that tests how far a model can be directed, a museum film on reconstructed archives, a fund film for venture partners and a launch film for a young company.
A six-minute meta short built to answer the question every client asks: what happens when the model stops obeying? Performance, authorship, and synthetic imagery slip in and out of control on purpose. Instability becomes the dramatic language. The piece doubles as a working demonstration of how far model behavior can be directed, and what it takes to stay in charge of the frame.
Directed by me and made on my own pipeline: a node workflow that reconstructs and animates archival footage, joined with an actor directed on set and finished in image post-production. The footage went into a film commissioned by the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, which premiered with a special screening at the Marché du Film, Cannes Film Festival 2025.
Adi Sideman (YouNow, 100M+ users) brought me in as a creative consultant to the board at Popcorn.co, his agentic moviemaking platform. I directed the fund introduction video end to end: brand positioning, visual strategy, script and film direction. It had to convince VC partners in under three minutes.
I produced a nature-cinema piece for Odeon AI, channeling the scale and grandeur of David Attenborough's Planet Earth. The brief was to give a young AI startup a launch film with the weight of a major production.
I produce commercials, product films and branded content through the same AI-enhanced pipeline I use for my festival work, with every frame directed by a person.

A high-octane automotive spot built through my AI-enhanced VFX pipeline. Cinematic camera moves, rain-soaked city streets and photoreal vehicle integration are directed shot by shot, so the car feels physical, heavy and fast. A full commercial look, with no location shoot.
A product film with real scale. Sweeping macro visuals, bold color grading and a tone that turns a can of soda into an event. Every frame is designed around the product: condensation, light and texture are art-directed rather than left to chance, so the result reads like a premium campaign, not a render.
A premium brand film built on restrained elegance. Atmosphere, fabric texture and controlled light carry the story, with the visual confidence that luxury clients expect. Wardrobe, casting and set are designed and directed inside my pipeline, so the brand gets editorial quality without a full location shoot.
Visual storytelling for artists. Cinematic music videos with mood, energy and imagery built around the track, from concept and storyboard to the final grade. AI extends what the budget can reach: impossible locations, stylized worlds and VFX-heavy sequences, while the performance and the rhythm stay human.

The home of the international festival of film and animation made with AI: programme, screenings, awards, partners and film submissions in Polish and English. Its assistant answers visitors in their language about tickets, venues and submissions, and learns from the questions people actually ask.

My own agents and harness route every task to the cheapest model that does it well, check the result with a second one and escalate only when needed, with human checkpoints at every decision. It runs my films, sites and products.
