Film Direction & AI Production

Direction first

AI in service of the frame

iPro.One directs films and builds the production systems behind them — production workflows, AI tools, VFX strategies — so that ambitious projects move from concept to finished frame without losing authorship. Every tool in the workflow exists to make the image sharper, the story tighter, and the production faster. The director stays in the chair.

Finished Projects and Trailers

More Than Meets AI

Completed films, released trailers, and studio-facing pieces spanning documentary, hybrid shorts, AI cinema, and cinematic prototypes. Each project pushed the boundary between traditional filmmaking and AI-enhanced production — from multi-award-winning festival entries to experimental visual proofs built for specific pipeline validation.

Multi-award-winning AI short Fairground TV

Broken Arrow

Multi-award-winning AI short film — 6 wins including Seoul International AI Film Festival, LA Movie & Music Video Awards, and Bangkok Movie Awards. 4 finalist nominations. 7 official selections including AI Film Awards Cannes 2026. Written, directed, and produced end-to-end through iPro.One's proprietary AI-enhanced pipeline, proving cinematic-grade storytelling is possible without traditional VFX budgets.

The AI Advantage

AI-enhanced
Human-directed

AI pipelines reduce VFX, environment, and visual development costs by 40–60% while cutting production timelines by up to three times. The key: every frame is still guided by professionals.

Cost & Speed

Traditional CGI environments, digital crowd work, and visual concept development see cost reductions of 40–60%. Pre-visualization and visual development that once took months can be completed in weeks — without sacrificing creative control.

Authorship & Rights

From screenplay to storyboard, from directing actors in virtual production to editing and score — every creative decision is made by a human. AI is one tool in the kit, not a replacement. Full chain of authorship is traceable from concept to final frame.

For producers

Compliant and auditable.

AI-enhanced production is compatible with guild requirements, EU copyright directives, and studio compliance frameworks. Real jobs preserved, real actors on set, full creative oversight maintained. Human-directed — AI-assisted.

About

Full stack production

The core is directing — story, rhythm, tone, and the pressure of the frame. iPro.One also writes, edits, builds AI production workflows, designs VFX systems, and architects the production infrastructure that lets all of it scale. Two decades of experience across games, documentary, television, broadcast, branded content, animation, and AI cinema sharpened the methodology instead of diluting it. Every project starts the same way: what does the frame need, and what systems will get it there.

Michal OverJK Owerczuk — Film Director & AI Pipeline Architect

Founder

Michal "OverJK" Owerczuk started in game cinematics and documentary, moved through television and broadcast, and now runs a studio where every project ships through AI-enhanced pipelines he designed himself. Multiple award winner in both AI and traditional filmmaking. Creative partner to Pika Labs, Higgsfield AI, Vidu AI, Caimera AI, and consultant to Topaz Labs and Popcorn.co.

Commissioned work delivered to TV networks, broadcasters, VFX studios, game developers, advertising agencies, and production houses. Both content and pipeline solutions that power their workflows. That range is why the studio exists. Most production companies outsource their pipeline. Most tech companies outsource their taste. iPro.One does neither.

Our philosophy

Direction first

AI accelerates execution but never replaces creative decisions.

Dedicated workflows

Each production gets a personal approach built for a constantly evolving AI ecosystem.

Ship real work

Every tool, test, and prototype exists to move a production forward, not to demo.

Protect the frame

Consistency, authorship, and visual discipline matter more than speed alone.

Services

WHAT WE DO

We direct the work, shape the image, and build the pipelines that let ambitious projects and real businesses move forward without losing authorship or control. Each service area exists because a real production needed it.

Direction

Film Direction & Story

Concepts, worlds, characters, shot logic, and emotional architecture for shorts, pilots, and larger-scale productions. From screenplay through storyboard to final frame — every creative decision stays with the director. Credits span documentary, branded content, AI cinema, animation, and hybrid live-action.

Editorial

Editing & Trailers

Structure, pacing, trailer logic, and editorial pressure for projects that need to land with precision. We cut our own work and collaborate on others — from festival submissions and investor reels to full narrative edits. Editorial methodology trained under Cezary Grzesiuk (two-time Golden Lions at Gdynia).

Production

AI Visual Pipelines

End-to-end image and video workflows — repeatable, directable, and built to plug into real productions without losing creative control. Proprietary pipeline covering generation, compositing, style transfer, crowd simulation, environment extension, and visual consistency at scale.

VFX

OverFX Visual Dev

Stylized motion systems, look development, and hybrid VFX thinking for films, pilots, prototypes, and branded worlds. Running OverFX as a dedicated visual development studio — from concept art through final composite, with AI acceleration at every stage.

AI Consulting

Practical AI integration for non-AI companies

I help non-AI businesses figure out where AI actually belongs: workflow, operations, content systems, internal tooling, and the rollout path that turns experiments into something the team can really use.

Documentary Director · Mentor

Marcel Łoziński (1940–2025)

IMDb

One of the towering figures of Polish documentary cinema, with 22 films over five decades. Oscar nominee for Best Documentary Short (89mm from Europe, 1993). European Film Award winner for Poste Restante (2009). FIPRESCI Prize and Dragon of Dragons lifetime achievement at Kraków Film Festival. Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since 1995. A member of Andrzej Wajda's legendary Unit X, fired from the Documentary Film Studio in 1980 after two films were banned by censorship. His later Father and Son on a Journey (2013), made with his son Paweł, won the Golden Horn for Best Director at Kraków. A personal mentor whose approach to observational cinema shaped how I think about directing non-fiction.

Cinematographer · Mentor

Jacek Petrycki

IMDb

Over 100 documentary and dozens of feature film credits since 1971. BAFTA winner for The Betrayed (1995). Cinematographer on Kieślowski's Talking Heads, Curriculum Vitae, Camera Buff, No End, and Hospital. Shot Agnieszka Holland's Europa Europa (1990) and Provincial Actors (1979). Dragon of Dragons lifetime achievement at Kraków Film Festival. Łódź Film School graduate who joined the Warsaw Documentary Films Studio at 23 and played a central role in Poland's underground resistance filmmaking movement. His work taught me that the camera is not a witness — it's a participant.

Director & Cinematographer · Mentor

Jacek Bławut, PhD

IMDb

Silver Lions at Gdynia for Before Twilight (2008) — retired actors reuniting to stage Faust. Polish Film Award (Orzeł) for Best Documentary (Virtual War, 2013). Łódź Film School graduate, lecturer at Camerimage, Wajda Master School, and film schools in Berlin and Hanover. Earned habilitation at Łódź Film School in 2020. His documentary practice — empathetic, patient, structurally rigorous — set the standard I measure my own work against.

Film Editor

Cezary Grzesiuk

IMDb

Two-time Golden Lions at Gdynia for editing — Shelter (1998) and Jerzy Hoffman's With Fire and Sword (1999), one of the highest-grossing Polish films ever made. 38 editing credits spanning three decades of Polish cinema's most ambitious productions, including Jakimowski's Imagine (2012), Kidawa-Błoński's Little Rose (2010), and Skolimowski's Four Nights with Anna (2008). Gloria Artis Medal for Merit to Culture (2016). Founder of Blue Dream Film studio and lecturer at Kraków Film School AMA.
