Michał Owerczuk has shared the teaser for Broken Arrow, an AI-native film created last summer and produced by Fairground as part of their upcoming long-form series Crime Stories: Wild West. The project tells the story of a Native American man confronting his past and the man who tore his life apart, examining an emotional side of frontier justice where law, revenge, and redemption meet.

Reflecting on the film’s roots, Owerczuk recalled traveling across 26 U.S. states in 2016. Experiencing Arizona sunsets and monsoons over the desert from Gates Pass inspired a long-held ambition to create a Western evoking Sergio Leone or Sergio Corbucci. He noted that the project became possible once AI entered his life, serving as a medium to reimagine history and explore emotion, myth, and loss.
Owerczuk thanked the Fairground team, including Colin Petrie-Norris, alongside collaborators such as Adi Sideman, Minh Do, and the Machine Cinema community. The release will soon be accessible to over 100 million platform users worldwide, with a second season already in development.
