Spec Ops: Heavy Water premieres online. Its footage went into a film commissioned by the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, which premiered with a special screening at the Marché du Film, Cannes Film Festival 2025.
For the film, iPro.One built a hybrid production pipeline around ComfyUI. Archival footage was reconstructed and animated with the studio’s proprietary workflow, then combined with an actor directed on set and finished in image post-production.
Made with Navia Films, Spec Ops: Heavy Water was shot with real actors on practical sets and built in ComfyUI with a proprietary workflow. Actors keep the emotional truth of every moment, while the AI layer adds the world around them, the scope of the setting and a finished visual design that the original budget could not have reached.
